I’m a licensed Realtor and Partner at Keller Williams Real Estate, a wife to my husband Chris, and a mom to the loves of my life, my daughter Nicole (8) and my son Dylan (5).
Other important members of my family are Tasha, our yellow lab, Ashley, our black lab, Sambuca, our tuxedo cat, our rabbit, Ricky and several colorful tropical fish. We currently live in Harleysville and previously resided in nearby Skippack. Some of my favorite time-off activities include gardening, roller blading, boating and skiing. 

I was born and raised here in beautiful Montgomery County, Pennsylvania and started my Real Estate career in 1989. I was named Rookie of the Year my first year in Real Estate and have been consistently ranked in the Top 1% of Realtors Nationwide since 1992. I have my GRI designation and am one of the Partners/Owners of Keller Williams Real Estate.

I have always been dedicated to providing the highest level of service to my clients. I’m tenacious about reviewing my business to insure that my customers always receive top quality attention. My team and professional support staff contribute significantly to the rewarding outcome of each transaction.

Beth has been selling Real Estate since l989. For the first 3-4 years she worked mostly part-time so she could spend time raising her three children. Her daughter, Jen is now 27 and twin son, David and twin daughter, Michele are both 24. Yes, she had her hands full and learned early on how to juggle more than one thing at a time with everyone landing on their feet. All of her children are now out on their own and attending college. Beth, and her husband Richard have been married for almost 28 years (she can't believe that one) and have lived in Upper Gwynedd for 20 years. Along with them, live two adorable and loving yellow labs, Bailey and Maddie. 

In the year 1998, Beth realized that working on a "Team" would better serve her clients. Although she will always be loyal and ready to help her friends and past customers who are thinking about selling their home, Beth feels that her true expertise over the years has become more on the representation of the buyers. She has worked in the same office with Cindy for over 15 years and on May 1st, 2005 was invited by Cindy to join her team as her Lead Buyer Specialist.  

As time has passed, Beth has proven that good old-fashioned hard work, devotion and the desire to provide top quality service will provide a great experience for all of her clients.

I met Harry in May of 2005 when he joined our Keller Williams office and have watched him grow his business and become a multi-million dollar producer. I am so excited to have Harry join our team. He represents everything I feel is indicative of The Cindy Wadsworth Team - honesty, integrity, and a total commitment to "TEAM." 

Harry decided on a career in Real Estate after working for 21 years in the financial industry at the Philadelphia Stock Exchange as a trader, manager of traders and assistants. He was also the Vice-Chairman of the Equity floor of the exchange for many years. This experience has made the transition into Real Estate a smooth one because he understands what it takes to work with people and give them the best service possible.  

Harry has been married to his wife, Ellen, for 18 years and has two children, Ann, 15, and Daniel, who is 12. He loves to give back to his children's schools and his community, and I am thrilled to have him on board. 

Howie has been a realtor in the area since 1990 and joined our Keller Williams office in 2002. A graduate of Temple University with a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate and a long time resident of the Bucks-Montgomery County areas, Howie completely understands all aspects of the Real Estate market. Along with his many accomplishments, Howie was named Broker of Record in our Blue Bell Market Center in 2006. Congratulations! 

Howie has been married to Jen for 15 years and they live in Harleysville with their three sons, Joseph, Joshua and Jameson. When not selling Real Estate you can always count on him being with his family doing any type of outdoor activity.  

I couldn't be prouder or more humbled by Howie being part of The Cindy Wadsworth Team!  

Joining us in July 2007, Lynne is a welcome addition to our team. She has been a Licensed PA Realtor since August of 2005 here at Keller Williams. Lynne has 3 daughters, Amanda, 7, Abby, 6, and Emma, 4. When she's not working she enjoys running, working out, and playing basketball, softball and GOLF! Lynne loves golf. She now gets to enjoy playing basketball and softball with her daughters since they are getting older. 

Lynne is compassionate, energetic, and so much more. One of 5 siblings, born and raised in Lansdale, PA, Lynne graduated from West Chester University with a Sports Medicine Degree. She worked as an Athletics Trainer, rehabilitated athletes and later worked at a physical therapy clinic assisting up to 30 patients a day. Her true passion is helping people - she will tell you there is nothing more rewarding than being around people, getting to know them and playing a role in improving their lives.  

We continue to learn more about her each day through her enchanting stories and we are confident that you will be receiving exceptional care when she helps you find the right home.  

Christina has been selling Real Estate since June 2005. She lives with her husband, Mike, and 3 children, Brianna, 14, Michael, 10, and Christina, 4, in Oreland, PA. Spending time with her family, especially on the beaches of the Outer Banks, is one of her favorite pastimes. Christina also enjoys working out, decorating and sewing, and of course, her favorite passion of selling Real Estate. She is a real "people" person.  

Christina chose Real Estate because she loves helping people realize their dreams and make them a reality. Commitment and service are her number one priority in working with her clients. She is committed to growing her business and maintaining long term relationships with everyone she meets.  

Starting on the team in October of 2007, Christina is a welcomed addition to The Cindy Wadsworth Team!

Morgan has recently joined our team and we are very excited about all she will bring to her new position as Marketing & Listing Administrator. She graduated in May of 2006 from Temple University with her BBA in Marketing. Morgan lives in Lansdale with her parents, two dogs, Bella & Henry, and black cat, Sammy. Yes, you must be a pet lover to be a member of The Cindy Wadsworth Team.  

When you don't find Morgan working hard at her job, she will most likely be with her favorite beau, Frank. Favorite relaxing activities would be reading a good book, working out, or taking in a good movie.  

Morgan's enthusiam and attention to detail ensure smooth transactions for all of our Sellers and Buyers. She is responsible for all of our websites, and the writing, layout and production of our newsletters and direct mail.
